You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute such materials for the sole purpose of providing the services.

Payment and Billing

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techno Artist India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Termination
6.1 Termination by Either Party

Either party may terminate the provision of services by providing written notice to the other party. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for services rendered before the termination date.

6.2 Termination for Breach

Techno Artist India reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms or any separate agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
